But what about the fact that they fly around and are generally yuck? Let them eat all of the mosquitoes they want.....outside. They are not something I want to deal with in the house.
Yeah, this was bat #3 since we have lived at the farm. Amber saw what she initially thought was a "dead mouse" that I needed to clean up from on top of the trim on an upstairs door frame(?). Why it didn't occur to her that a mouse being there in the first place was odd is beyond me. Furthermore, the mouse deciding to perish at the top of this door frame was even more strange. When I investigated I found a very live bat that was just resting.
